Takabe1 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Takabe1 is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and internationally. These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up under an international gaming license and are compliant with applicable laws in Bangladesh.

Takabe1 is a platform exclusively for adults. You are not permitted to use Takabe1 unless you meet the following requirements:

• Online gaming must be legal in the country or region from which you are playing.
• You must play of your own free will and with your own funds.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Takabe1 may request identity or age verification documents at any time. Withdrawals and bonus claims may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Takabe1:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• After a deposit, your balance is typically credited within 15 minutes.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
• Please use the same payment method for withdrawals as you used for your deposit.

Takabe1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be followed:

• Wagering Requirements: A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering conditions are clearly stated alongside each offer.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonus will expire after this period.

The following general rules apply to all games and betting on Takabe1:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• For Sports Betting, if the odds change after a bet is confirmed, the original odds at the time of placement will apply.
• Takabe1 is not liable for any losses resulting from network issues during live betting.
• Any winnings resulting from bets placed by exploiting a system error will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Takabe1. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Using tactics to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Placing bets using robots, bots, or any automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Cheating or colluding with other members.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Your data is used solely for service delivery and legal compliance.

Takabe1 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms & Conditions.
• Refusing KYC verification or providing false information.
• During an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.
• If a member wishes to close their own account.
• Requesting self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.

Upon account closure, any valid balance is generally returned. However, in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
